Lita Rossana Ford (born September 19, 1958) is an American guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter. She was the lead guitarist for the all-female rock band The Runaways in the late 1970s, and then embarked on a successful glam metal solo career that hit its peak in the late 1980s.

'Lita' is the third solo studio album by Lita Ford. It was the first published with the supervision of new manager Sharon Osbourne. Musicians Don Nossov and Myron Grombacher, who were best known for being the rhythm section of the successful American singer Pat Benatar. The album is Ford's most successful, reaching No. 29 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart and being certified platinum.
