'Fistful Of Metal' is the debut studio album by Anthrax. This is the band's only album to feature original frontman Neil Turbin and original bassist Dan Lilker, who were replaced by Matt Fallon (and eventually by third vocalist Joey Belladonna) and Frank Bello, respectively.

'Armed And Dangerous' is the first E.P. by Anthrax. This is the first Anthrax release to feature Joey Belladonna on vocals and Frank Bello on bass guitar.

'Spreading The Disease' is the second studio album by Anthrax. It was the band's first album to feature vocalist Joey Belladonna and bassist Frank Bello (but both had featured on the 'Armed And Dangerous' E.P. earlier in the year).

'The Legacy' is the debut album by Testament. Prior to the album's recording in January 1987, Testament was known as Legacy with their line-up including Steve 'Zetro' Souza on vocals. Singer Chuck Billy was asked to become their new singer after Souza left to join Exodus. About a month prior to the release of album the band changed their name to Testament after finding out that there was another band using the same name.

'U.S.A. For M.O.D.' is the debut studio album by M.O.D. (Method Of Destruction).

'Retaliation' is the second and final studio album by Carnivore.

'The New Order' is the second album by Testament. It was the album that broke Testament into the thrash metal mainstream, and was the first Testament album to enter the Billboard 200, reaching number 136 on that chart. It was also the band's first album to include an instrumental track.

'Surfin' M.O.D.' is an E.P. by M.O.D. (Method Of Destruction). Apart from front man Billy Milano, it featured a completely different line-up compared to the first album released a little more than a year previous - it included among others, Tim Mallare on drums, who later went on to play with the thrash metal band Overkill.

'Gross Misconduct' is the second album by M.O.D. (Method Of Destruction).
