1 October 1976

'Made In Europe' is the third live album by Deep Purple, recorded on the final dates in April 1975 before Ritchie Blackmore left the group. It was released after the group had broken up. The name was chosen to capitalise on the same success of 1972's 'Made In Japan', but it didn't perform as well commercially.

[Compilation Album]

4 July 1980

'Deepest Purple, The Very Best Of' is a compilation album by Deep Purple. It features the original hits of Deep Purple before their 1984 reunion. Aided by a TV advertising campaign it would become their third U.K. No. 1 album. It was at one point the longest album ever released as a single L.P. Being 60+ minutes, Warner Brothers Records lowered the volume considerably, as well as altering the EQ on all tracks to fit both sides equally.

Coverdale / Page
[Album]

15 March 1993

'Coverdale / Page' is a collaborative studio album by David Coverdale and Jimmy Page. The album's production was handled by Coverdale, Page and Mike Fraser. Critical reception towards the album was generally mixed; some music critics praised Coverdale and Page's partnership as a successful blend of both their respective bands. However, others viewed the collaboration as a second-rate Led Zeppelin, with many drawing unfavourable comparisons between Coverdale and Robert Plant. The album charted in 12 countries, including reaching number four in the U.K. and number five in the U.S.
