A section has been created below to list any new ones added.
I won't include every time a song appears on just a general compilation of hits songs like the sorts of things Triple M Radio put out, or Cold Chisel will have a page full of 'Great Aussie Beer Drinking Songs' albums. It will only be where a new track not found anywhere else is included, or if it is an important album (such as a landmark soundtrack).
Abbey Road Studios
Abbey Road Studios (formerly EMI Recording Studios) is a music recording studio at 3 Abbey Road, St. John's Wood, City of Westminster, Greater London, England. It was established in November 1931 by the Gramophone Company, a predecessor of British music company EMI, which owned it until Universal Music Group (UMG) took control of part of it in 2013. The studio's most notable client was the Beatles, who used the studio - particularly its Studio Two room - as the venue for many of the innovative recording techniques that they adopted throughout the 1960s. In 1976, the studio was renamed from EMI to Abbey Road.
Brixton Academy
Brixton Academy (originally known as the Astoria Variety Cinema, previously known as Carling Academy Brixton, currently named O2 Academy Brixton as part of a sponsorship deal with the O2 brand) is a mid-sized concert venue located in South West London, in the Lambeth district of Brixton. Opening in 1929 as a cinema, the venue was converted into a discotheque in 1972, then reborn as a concert hall in 1983. It is owned by the Academy Music Group (AMG), and has become one of London's leading music venues, hosting over 50 live albums, and winning the NME Best Venue 12 times since 1994.

'Eleventh Avenue' is the second and final studio album by Ammonia. It was a very different album to their previous effort, Mint 400, moving away from grunge-inspired guitar rock to include harmonies, samples and psychedelic keyboards. The album was recorded and produced by Dave Fridmann (Flaming Lips, Mercury Rev), a choice made by the band in part due to the lack of control the band had over the first album. The album failed to chart as well as its predecessor, only reaching #20 on the National Album charts, out turned out to be the band's last album.

'Mint 400' is the debut album by Ammonia. The album takes its title from an auto race described in Hunter S. Thompson's book 'Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas'. The album was produced by legendary American producer Kevin Shirley (Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Slayer). Recorded in ten days at Festival Studios in Sydney, the recording captured the band's live sound, avoiding excessive overdubs and studio manipulation. Mint 400 was an immediate hit in Australia, debuting in the National Album charts at Number 15. The album went out of print in March 2002.

Doom Metal
'Turn Loose The Swans' is the second album by My Dying Bride. It marked a radical departure from the band's first full-length, 'As the Flower Withers' (1992). Martin Powell's violin playing had become fully integrated into the band's sound, whilst vocalist Aaron Stainthorpe mixed death metal growls and grunts with the spoken word and an often plaintive singing voice. The first and final tracks dispensed with guitars, bass and drums altogether, while the album was also far slower and longer than its predecessor. For these reasons, it is often considered to be important in the development of the death-doom sound My Dying Bride helped pioneer and also foreshadows the gothic metal elements that would dominate their subsequent albums.

'Goo' is the sixth studio album by Sonic Youth. For this album, the band sought to expand upon its trademark alternating guitar arrangements and the layered sound of their previous album 'Daydream Nation' (1988) with songwriting that was more topical than past works, exploring themes of female empowerment and pop culture. It has been viewed as one of alternative rock's most important albums, and is considered musically and artistically significant. In 2020, the album was ranked at number 358 on Rolling Stone's 500 greatest albums Of All Time list.

'Beyond The Gates' is the second studio album by Possessed. Taking a different direction from their debut, 'Seven Churches', it has a more technical feeling and, due to poor production, a muddy sound. Reception was mixed, with some critics and fans being very disappointed by the album for the sound and production, while others were satisfied with the new direction of the band. Over the years, fans have slowly appreciated 'Beyond The Gates' and have even considered it being an "underrated masterpiece" and "overlooked classic".

'Seven Churches' is the debut studio album by Possessed. The album title refers to the Seven Churches of Asia mentioned in the Book of Revelation. "The Exorcist" begins with producer Randy Burns' version of Mike Oldfield's 'Tubular Bells', performed as it was in the 1973 horror film of the same name. 'Seven Churches' is widely regarded as the first death metal album to exist, and About.com named it one of the ten essential albums of the genre. Jeff Becerra and Larry Lalonde were only 16 when the album was recorded.
