Every February a select few individuals, ‘critics’ to correctly label them, submit a Top 10 of muzak for the previous year. The highs, the lows, the very lows. This is where they are published.
The Top 10 Team has a ‘3 Listen Policy’ in place. Too often we hear an album once, and instantly dismiss it. Some just take a little longer to digest than others, and so TheBigBlack HQ has declared a 'The 3 Listen Policy' for each release listened to. Only then can a release truly be rated on its merit.
