- Charles Cross notes that this was band's first live performance, but LiveNirvana contests this and claims a handful of other shows had already been played before this, and it was more than likely later in 1987.
- It is unclear exactly what the band's name was. Charles Cross notes they had not named themselves yet, and LiveNirvana notes either Pen Cap Chew or Bliss. The other name that was often used at this point was Skid Row.
- Charles Cross notes that Tony Poukkula was an associate of the band that was well know around the area. He was not a member, and joined them only to jam.
- "Heartbreaker" and "How Many More Times" originally performed by Led Zeppelin.
- "Sex Bomb" originally performed by Flipper.
