125mls Honey
2tspns soy sauce
1tspn grated ginger
1 red chilli, deseeded & finely chopped
1tblspn cornflour
1tblspn water

Pour stock, honey, soy, ginger and chilli in a saucepan and heat at medium heat until it boils ….Add cornflour combined with water ……
Stir and keep boiling for about 2mins or until thickens ……
