Reidoth The Druid

Reidoth is a gaunt white-haired old human, who doesn’t use two words where one would suffice. Like most druids he prefers his own company and the forest around him more than other humanoids, but has always proven to be friendly to visitors if they show they mean no harm.

His exact origins and history are largely unknown, although it is said that he was well known in the east for his powerful magic before settling in The Sword Coast. He can usually be found studying the wildlife in the Neverwinter Wood.

Recent Events

Reidoth first encountered a party of adventurers (later to be known asThe Variegated Blades) in the ruins of Thundertree, to the east of Neverwinter. He was studying the local wildlife, and had recently alerted the authorities to the fact that a young green dragon named Venomfang had recently made the old Thundertree watchtower it's home.

During his time with the party it was discovered that the dragon wasn’t the only danger lurking in the village. A gathering of followers of The Cult Of The Dragon had assembled there, and Reidoth made it very clear that Lord Neverember must be told of this immediately.

He was last seen not far from Cragmaw Castle, deep in the heart of the Neverwinter Wood. He had kept a promise to guide The Variegated Blades there. His plans at this point were to head to Neverwinter as soon as possible.
